Abu 'Abdullaah Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Ahmad al-Masna'ee of al-'Anss (a district of Dhamaar Governate) is from the students of Shaykh Muqbil bin al-Waadi'ee, 'Abdur-Raqeeb al-ibbee, Tawfiq al-Ba'daanee, Shaykh Muhamnad bin 'Abdillaah al-Imaam, and many others. He currently teaches at Daar ul-Hadeeth (Ma'bar, Yemen) and gives dawah throughout the region.
