To assist parents, teachers, and students in keeping track of progress, a checklist at the end of each level lists the abilities covered thus far. This helps to maintain an informed attitude to the study of the Q??idah and prevents pupils from simply going through the motions without understanding the goals and purposes underlying what they are doing. This is also useful for teachers, parents, and examiners who may listen to the pupil reading.
