- Women have historically had an important role in spreading our Deen. They have served as moms, wives, supporters, and defenders of our faith. This book gives the reader a glimpse into the lives of thirty-seven outstanding women. Beginning with women from the Prophet Muhammad's (SAW) household and progressing to female companions and pioneers in Islamic history. Women throughout Islamic history have made significant contributions to nation-building. Many have gone through education, raised children, or are scholars themselves. These outstanding women have helped to shape the world. These ladies have done so much for us; the least we can do is learn about them and share their incredible lives with others so that they, too, can be inspired!
