Making Dua to Allah frequently and with full submission has many benefit - it increases imaan, gives hope and relief to the distressed, and saves the supplicant from despair and isolation. In the Qur'an, Allah encourages believers to call on him and to lay their dreams, hopes fears and uncertainties before him, and assures them that he hears every word.
