The ranks of religion
1. Islam: submission to Allah through Tawheed, surrendering to Allah by obeying Him & disownment of Shirk & polytheists.
There are five pillars in Islam
1. Testifying that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah & that Muhammad is His messenger.
2. Establishing prayer
3. Paying the zakat
4. Making the hajj
5. Fasting the month of Ramadan
2. Iman (faith :) belief of the heart, utterance of the tongue & carrying out actions with the limbs.
There are six pillars of faith:
1. Belief in Allah
2. His Angels
3. His books
4. His messengers
5. The day of judgement
6. Belief Qadr, the good of it & the bad of it.
3. ihsan (perfection)
